Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns – Item must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of received. We must re-sell the item; hence it is only fair you return it in the exact same condition as we sent it to you namely, the item must be unworn, in the original condition, must be sealed with original Sentiments Jewelry packaging, accompanied by the original item certificate, and original invoice. (Please refer to our Refund Policy for Refunds on Returns).
Refund– If you changed your mind for any reason, you have up to 30 days maximum for a refund guarantee. Processing will start from the date of receipt as we have to do an item verification, quality/authenticity checks and payment reversals.  Sentiments Jewelry only refund the full amount you paid online, excluding Tax & Import Fees collected in your country.
Shipping – We use DHL worldwide, within Bahrain and selected GCC countries we may use alternate suppliers. Our aim is to get your order to you as fast and cost effective as possible, so we use suppliers who can deliver on this only.

STEP1 – Place the item(s) in original packaging. Make sure that before you enclose and seal the items, the packaging is complete with original invoices and return it within 7 days from the date you received the item.

STEP2 – Ship the item to the address provided by the Shipping Company

STEP3 – Once we received and approved the item as a legitimate return, you will receive an email confirmation and your purchase will be refunded against the payment method originally used. It may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your bank.

IMPORTANT: sentimentsjewellery.com will not accept items that indicate or show any signs tampering or modifications on the items and such items will be returned to the sender immediately. sentimentsjewellery.com only sells authentic natural stones and metals unless otherwise specified on your warranty All Sentiments items details and specifications related to gold weight and diamond details are clearly printed on your item label.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN.

The company will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us against the courier (DHL) we used for shipping the item(s) .

In the event of failure to return any item(s) to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled through emails and chat, we reserve the right to charge any cost of recovery of the item(s) and you will of course be notified accordingly.

If you would like to exchange your purchased item for an alternative one, please email us at support@sentimentsjewellery.com, alternatively you can contact us to our chat room located at the bottom of this website, serves you Sunday-Thursday at 9:00AM-5:00PM.

To return an item to us for exchange, please follow the procedure detailed above.
In the event of failure to return any item to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled through emails or chat, we reserve the right to charge additional cost of recovery of the item(s).

Conditions

  1. Returns are possible only if the item is of incorrect size, received damaged or defective.
    The items should be new or in unused condition. It should not have any scratches, marks or damage with all the original packaging and materials included.
    We will not be able to offer an exchange if the item has been resized, altered or damaged. In this case we will have to return the item back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
    3. In case of ring size replacement, we will ship the desired ring size. One way shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.

 

Steps to follow

  1. Send us an email support@sentimentsjewellery.com.
    We will respond from us within 72 hours.
    3. Pack the item and ship it to the address stated in point 4 below with the original gift box. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packed and the gift box should be with a protective cover or bubble wrap so that there are no further damage of items in transit.

Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause/sub-clause as is permitted by law.

We ship most international packages via DHL or as specified. Shipping fees are calculated on an approximate basis, and the difference is covered by us. No additional charges will apply to you if your order was shipped in multiple parcels

We ship worldwide. So we have got you covered wherever you are.

Sentiments Jewelry allows you to place an Order 24/7 but here are some conditions you need to consider:

Orders placed after 12pm Sundays to Thursdays will ship the next business day.

Orders placed on Thursday after 12pm to Saturdays will be processed and will ship on Sunday.

 

TAX & IMPORT FEES NOT INCLUDED.

Sentiments Jewelry will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs officer for further information.
